WARRANTY POLICY:

TERM

All Remote Audio products excluding internal battery packs are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Internal battery packs are warranted for six (6) months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage is only valid with proof of purchase from an authorized Remote Audio dealer.

SCOPE

This is a non-transferable warranty that extends only to the original purchaser. This warranty excludes damage caused by external sources including problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Remote Audio, improper packaging during warranty return shipping, accidents, abuse, and negligent installation or operation. Items covered under warranty as determined by Remote Audio will be repaired or replaced at its discretion.

SHIPPING

Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the item to Remote Audio. Once the warranty claim has been evaluated and completed, Remote Audio will return the item to the customer via UPS or FedEx Ground services at no additional charge. If a more expedited shipping method is requested, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

For all service, including warranty repair, please contact Remote Audio prior to sending in your product for repair to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number may experience delays in repair.
